Retention
We retain account and enrollment records for as long as needed to deliver services, satisfy accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. Survey responses tied to cohort improvement may be retained in anonymized aggregate form beyond individual account deletion where permitted. Backup systems may briefly retain deleted records until rotation completes. If you request deletion, we will confirm scope and exceptions (for example, records we must keep for tax or fraud prevention) within a reasonable period as required by Korean privacy practice.
Third parties
We use infrastructure providers to host the site and email delivery services to send operational messages. Those processors access data only under contract and for defined purposes. We do not sell personal information. If we add subprocessors materially affecting your data, we will update this statement and, where required, provide notice. External links on marketing pages are provided for convenience; their operators process data under their own policies once you leave our domain.
Data collected
We collect identifiers you submit (name, email, organization), billing references where applicable, technical logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps), and cookie data described in our Cookie Policy. Training interactions may generate performance metadata such as rubric scores and time-on-task for instructional improvement. Optional surveys collect opinions about scenarios. We avoid collecting government identifiers unless a customer contract explicitly requires it for invoicing.
Use of data
Data is used to operate accounts, deliver sessions, communicate schedules, improve simulations, and protect against abuse. Aggregated analytics may inform roadmap decisions without identifying individuals. Marketing communications are sent only where consent or soft opt-in rules allow; you may opt out via links in those messages. We do not use learner lab notes to train public generative models. Automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects are not applied to learners beyond instructional scoring inside courses.
