Acceptance

By accessing BlueTrace Academy materials hosted at page-hubportal.one, you agree to these General Terms. If you are enrolling on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree, discontinue use of the site and contact us at the email below for clarification. We may update these terms to reflect operational or legal changes; the last updated date at the top summarizes the most recent revision. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms except where applicable law requires explicit consent.

User obligations

You agree to provide accurate enrollment information, keep credentials confidential, and use simulations only for lawful training purposes. You must not attempt to probe, disrupt, or reverse engineer hosted lab environments, nor use outputs to harass individuals or misrepresent affiliations. Enterprise customers remain responsible for how their learners export artifacts into internal systems. You may not resell access tokens or share login links outside the scope purchased. Violations may result in suspension of access without refund where permitted under our Cancellation Policy.

Intellectual property

BlueTrace Academy retains rights to curricula, scenario text, rubrics, and interface designs. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use materials for internal learning during an active enrollment. Unless explicitly permitted in writing, you may not publicly republish lab narratives, scoring rubrics, or instructor critiques. Feedback you provide may be used to improve services without obligation to compensate you. Third-party trademarks mentioned in scenarios belong to their respective owners and are used descriptively for training context only.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would send disputes elsewhere. Consumers retain non-waivable rights under Korean consumer protection statutes. Parties will first attempt good-faith resolution via contact email. If resolution fails, courts located in Seoul, Korea, shall have exclusive jurisdiction for commercial disputes unless mandatory law assigns jurisdiction elsewhere for consumers. Nothing in these terms limits regulators from exercising lawful authority.

Service description

BlueTrace Academy provides simulation-based cybersecurity training, facilitator-led workshops, and readiness resources described on this site. Deliverables are educational and do not constitute professional security monitoring, legal counsel, or regulated certification. Lab environments are synthetic; performance in simulations does not guarantee workplace outcomes. Session schedules, instructor assignments, and lab capacity may change for operational reasons with reasonable notice to paying cohorts. We strive for accurate descriptions but may retire or replace modules to keep content technically current.
