Cancellation Policy

Refund and cancellation requests should be emailed to academy@page-hubportal.one with your enrollment reference and cohort name. We respond within five business days with confirmation or follow-up questions. If you purchased through a reseller, that party may handle billing first; we will coordinate as contracts allow. Please avoid sharing payment card numbers by email; we will use secure invoicing links when needed.

Timeframe

For consumer-style purchases governed by Korean distance-selling rules where applicable, you may withdraw within 14 days from the contract date unless digital content delivery has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that withdrawal rights may be lost. For enterprise statements of work, cancellation windows are defined in the order form. Partial refunds for partially delivered cohorts are calculated based on completed live sessions and issued materials.

Scope

This policy covers tuition-style fees for BlueTrace Academy cohorts and workshops listed on this site. It does not cover third-party exam vouchers, travel, or accommodations. Custom onsite engagements follow the master services agreement executed with your entity. Taxes, if collected, are refunded only to the extent required by tax law and may be adjusted after filing corrections with authorities.

Process

After we acknowledge your request, finance validates payment references and applies the formula in your order terms. Approved refunds return to the original payment method where technically possible; otherwise we propose a reasonable alternative. Processing times vary by bank but typically complete within ten business days after approval. We provide written confirmation when the refund is initiated.

Exceptions

No refund is available for accounts terminated for abuse, breach of terms, or credential sharing. If you downloaded proprietary rubrics or scenario packs marked non-refundable in the order, those amounts may be deducted from refunds consistent with law. Promotional credits are non-cash and expire as stated in the promotion. Force majeure events may delay cohort starts; in those cases we offer rescheduling before refunds unless law requires otherwise.
